Summer Athlete Training Begins June 4th
On June 2nd, FLHS will be having their annual Sports Physical Day. It will take place at the Thomas & Bigler Center on 9499 W Charleston Blvd. The cost will be $30. 2018-19 middle school athletes should attend at 9:30 am and 2018-19 high school athletes should attend at 10:00 am. Sport Physical forms can be found at the Register My Athlete website and should be brought to the physical clinic.
Summer lifting program will begin for all 2018-19 high school athletes on June 4th. The program for teams, other than football will run Monday-Thursday until August 2nd. No workouts during the FL dead period, which runs July 2nd through July 6th. The cost will be $50 which will be charged to the athlete’s tuition account. Contact your sport specific coach with any questions.

Boys (other than football) 9:30-10:45 am
All Girls 10:45 am-12:00 pm
