The music program at Faith Lutheran offers students from all skill-sets the unique opportunity to learn and hone their crafts in both instrumental and vocal performance. The instrumental program is for students in 6-12 grade from beginning band for students who are just learning to Symphonic band, which includes those students mastering their instrument(s). Visual Arts

The Visual Arts program at Faith Lutheran offers students opportunities to create with a variety of exciting art mediums. Studio classes provide opportunities to use a range of drawing and painting mediums and to create wood block, linocut, and other kinds of prints using two printing presses. There are opportunities to make 3D art using techniques and processes for sculpture, ceramics, and glass. Faith offers an in-depth photography program that utilizes both digital and traditional dark room technologies. Computer-based graphic design classes teach students how to translate art and design skills into computer-based media including the Adobe suite of products, 3D printing, laser-cutting and engraving. Students with varied art abilities in grades 6-12 benefit from visual arts training as they learn to be content creators. Those wishing to take their art skills to the next level may choose to audition for the Visual Arts Conservatory for an in-depth high school visual arts experience. Additionally, the visual arts program offers extracurricular opportunities that support student’s creative growth. These include the National Junior Art Honor Society and Art Club for middle school, and National Art Honor Society, FIDM Fashion Club, and Photography Club for high school.
