Season Opener

The Crusader Boys Varsity Basketball team opened up the season at Spring Valley.  The Crusaders led 31 - 28 at the half and again in the fourth quarter, but weren't able to hang on and  dropped the opener to the Grizzlies, 74 - 70.Nick Attanasio led the way with 23 points.  AZ Johnson had 18 and Coleman Lemke added 11 points.  The team hit 13 threes in the loss which set a new school record breaking the old record of 11 set in the 2006-2007 season.  Nick hit five of those, AZ hit four, Coleman made three, and Evan Bullock made one.
