2019 Middle School Tennis Fact Sheet
Tryout Days:
Tues, March 12th from 3:45pm-5:30pm, and Wed, March 13th – 4:00-5:30 @ Darling Tennis Center
- We START at the scheduled times, so get there early so you are dressed and ready to play when we start. We do not want folks still changing clothes, etc, when we are ready to start.
- We are starting 15 minutes early on the first day to give everyone a chance to get situated and for Coaches to process the Register My Athlete information.
Team Members and Team Placements will be announced via email by 10pm March 13th.
UNLESS THERE IS A FAITH CONFLICT ~ PLAYERS NEED TO BE AT BOTH TRYOUT DAYS AND MUST BE APPROVED THROUGH REGISTER MY ATHLETE IN ORDER TO TRY OUT.
There will be a $55 fee per player to cover court fees and equipment. This fee will also include the cost of the Sprit Shirt, which if all goes well will be ready before the first match. Please bring this (checks made out to Darling Tennis Center) on the first day of practice, not the first day of tryouts, as only those that are assigned to a team will need to pay the fee.
Practice Schedule: March 14th, March 19th, March 21st, March 26th from 4pm-5:30pm.
Regular season matches will begin March 28th and end on April 25th. Most will be on Tuesday and Thursday, although we may have an occasional Wednesday match. All team members are expected to stay for the entirety of all team matches, unless approved BEFORE the match.

Post Season Team Playoffs will be Monday, April 29th and Tuesday, April 30th. Post Season Individual Tournament starts on May 1st and probably will be done by May 3rd if all goes according to plan,
Uniform shirts (charged to tuition account) will be ordered once team designations are made.
