In 2016 Coach Anderson took over the head coaching duties for the Crusaders. Coach Anderson joined the Crusaders in 2012 as an assistant Coach. During his tenure as assistant coach, Anderson helped coach the Crusaders to two consecutive state championships (2013 & 2014) and a state runner-up finish in 2015. Prior to coaching at Faith he played for the University of Delaware Blue Hens and was the starting shortstop for 101 games. He also spent time playing at Allan Hancock College as the starting shortstop while earning preseason All-American honors and 1st team All Conference honors. Dave was a three-sport athlete at Faith Lutheran, graduating in 2007. He participated on three state championship teams in baseball while earning all-state and all-conference honors. He also played on two state championship basketball teams for the Crusaders.
