2019 Season Preview
Under the direction of a new addition to the Crusader Hoops coaching staff, Angel Walsh, the eight members of the 6th Grade Girls Basketball team are excited for the journey that will be the 2019 season.
The Crusaders Home Opener is January 23rd vs Dawson in a non league tilt, and the team will take on Las Vegas Day School Maroon the following day in the road lid lefter. The team begins Red Rock Athletic Conference play at week later, hosting Mountain View Christian School on the 30th before traveling to LVDS to take on the Navy team in an RRAC affair. The team hosts the Bears of Dawson again on February 5th. A trip to The Meadows comes on tthe 8th of February, and then Faith hosts the Scorpions of LVDS on Feb 13th in a non conference contest before finishing up the regular season with the Crusader Clash vs the A Team on February 20th.
That eight game schedule - with the possiblity of one more being added - will give these players, many of which are new to the game, a great opportunity to continue to develop a love for the game of basketball, enhance thier skills, and have a great time along the way.
