Any girls who are interested in High School golf for next yearneeds to come to an informational meeting on May 17th, at 3 pm in the Rec Sports room off of the arena.  Come and meet the new head coach, Paul Brown.  If you cannot attend please contact Mr. Bret Walter.

Seniors and your laptops!
ALL senior laptops must be re-imaged. If you do not have your laptop checked and re-imaged by our IT department, you will not receive your diploma! You must have this final re-image done, even if you had the laptop re-imaged recently!
We are thrilled to offer those seniors that have been here at Faith for the full 4 years, the ability to keep your laptop at no charge. We will need to wipe and re-image your laptop (all your information will be gone). We HIGHLY recommend making a backup (using Time Machine or just copy the files important to you). If you do not do that or need help on how to do that, please come to the library and visit the tech support room. If you bring your external drive with you, we will be glad to teach you how to get your data saved from the laptop, but we will NOT backup your data
Also, if you do not want your laptop, consider leaving it with us. We take your old laptop, refurbish it, and donate it to less fortunate schools, churches, shut-ins, elderly, and other organizations. It is a way to bless others. Just let us know at check-in what you would like to do. Last year we had students donate their laptops to help underprivileged and charities! How cool is that? Please consider doing this!
As a senior, can I get my laptop if I have not been here the full 4 years?
Possibly, you might be able to. Students that have been here LESS than 2 years, we will need to see your device to verify age of the laptop. It will depend on the model and year of the laptop. If you decide not to purchase your laptop and return the laptop damaged or missing charger, you will be charged for those repairs.
This offer to purchase your laptop will not be offered to any other grade. This is a way we can bless the seniors.
Q: When you re-image my laptop, will all my photos and files be lost?
A: Yes, if you did not back it up. Unfortunately, we cannot back up the files for you.
Q: When can I get it re-imaged?
A: As soon as you do not need the laptop for classes, please bring it in to re-image.
Once re-imaged, it cannot be on our school network anymore. Let me say another way, once a device is wiped, IT CANNOT BE REATTACHED or CONNECTED TO OUR NETWORK (No wireless access allowed)! No exceptions.
AGAIN! ALL senior laptops must be checked and re-imaged.
If you do not have your laptop checked and re-imaged, by our IT department, you will not receive your diploma, transcripts will be on hold and fees may be assessed.
The school’s laptop is given (for those here the full 4 years) or sold "as is”. There is no warranty with the laptop.

DEVOTIONAL
Only Jesus Can Satisfy Your Soul
but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life." John 4:14
The line from an old hit song goes, ‘Looking for love in all the wrong places.’ That was true of a woman Jesus met at a well in Samaria. Here’s her story: 1) She tried religion but it didn’t satisfy her. She told Jesus, ‘Our fathers worshipped on this mountain, and you Jews say that in Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship’ (v. 20). So, she had religious head knowledge but it didn’t satisfy the longings of her heart. Has that been your experience too? 2) She tried human relationships and they failed her. Jesus told her, ‘You have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband’ (v. 18). Has that happened to you too? The relationship you need most – is with Jesus. 3) She tried Jesus and He satisfied her soul. When Jesus told her, ‘Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst,’ she replied, ‘Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst’ (vv. 14-15). Religion without a personal relationship with God will leave you unsatisfied and unfulfilled. It’s like drinking saltwater – the more you drink, the thirstier you get. Religion devoid of a relationship with Christ is like a pacifier that a baby works hard to suck on, but from which no real nutrition flows. Perhaps you’ve been disappointed by Christians and hurt by the church. If so, the word for you today is: don’t give up religion until you’ve tried Jesus, for only He can satisfy your soul.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me see that it is ALL about You. Thank You for loving me. In Your Precious Name, Amen
