Resource Program Admissions Process
Students that receive educational support services need to take the following steps:
Fill out all required admissions paperwork
Take the entrance exam
Submit neuropsychological testing and current 504 or IEP
The Resource Department will review the applicants admission packet and submitted paperwork during the process to determine if adequate services can be provided.

All applicants to Faith Lutheran must take the entrance exam. The entrance exam is scheduled for the following dates:
December 9, 2017
January 20, 2018
February 10, 2018
March 10, 2018
The exam is scheduled to take place from 8:00 am and 11:45 am. Anyone who submits an application after March 10th will need to schedule a testing date with the admissions office.
Applicants for grades 6-8 that complete the admissions process prior to February 1st, 2018 will be notified of their admissions status by March 1st.
Applicants for grades 9-12 that complete the admissions process prior to February 1st, 2018 will be notified of their admissions status by March 15th.
Applications started after February 1st will be notified on a case by case basis.
