New Student Admission

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Faith Family! The online application will be available October 24, 2016.

Application Process

For admissions to Faith Lutheran, the applicant must complete the following steps:
  1. Fill out the inquiry form by clicking "Start the Admissions Process Now" below.
  2. Once the inquiry form is processed by our admissions staff, you will recieve two emails one with username and one with password to access Crusader Connect.
  3. Login to Crusader Connect (the link to Crusader Connect is available in the footer of our webpage) and complete the online application. (pay application fee)
  4. Submit the required paperwork.
  5. Schedule and Achieve a qualifying score on the entrance exam.
  6. Complete the entrance interview.

  • Required Forms

    These forms are required for admission to Faith Lutheran.  They may be submitted to the admissions office by mail, email or fax.  The admissions forms and online application will be made available starting October 24th, 2016.  
    • copy of birth certificate
    • copy of report card from current school year (as soon as it becomes available)
    • copy of recent standardized testing results
    • administrative recommendation
    • teacher recommendation
    • immunization record
  • Entrance Exam

    All applicants to Faith Lutheran must take the entrance exam.  The entrance exam is scheduled for the following dates

    • November 19th, 2016
    • December 10th, 2016
    • January 7th, 2017
    • February 4th, 2017
    • March 4th, 2017
    The exam is scheduled to take place between 8:00 am and 11:45 am.
    Anyone who applies after March 4th will schedule a testing date with the admissions office.
  • Acceptance

    Applicants for grades 6-8 that complete the admissions process prior to February 1st, 2017 will be notified of their admissions status in February.
    Applicants for grades 9-12 that complete the admissions process prior to February 1st, 2017 will be notified of their admissions status on March 1st.

    After March 1st, applicants will be notified after the first of the following month if the admissions status has been completed.
  • Resource Admissions Process

    Students with current educational testing go through a separate admissions process at Faith Lutheran.  The steps for the Resource Admissions are below
    • The applicant will fill out all the required admissions paperwork and submit the paperwork with the current educational testing.
    • The Resource department will review the applicants admissions packet.
    • The applicants will be notified of their admissions status on March 1, 2016.  
    • If the student applies after March 1st, 2016, they will be alerted at a later date.
