The Chapel and Performing Arts Center, the next important facility in Faith’s Master Plan, will finally become a reality. Construction is expected to begin early in 2007 with completion anticipated by the end of that year. The 27,500-square-foot center will feature a 750-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art lighting and sound, a large stage, orchestra pit and appropriate space for set construction and painting, costume storage and dressing rooms. A large lobby will feature a gallery to display student art. The facility will include four large classrooms, including one for instrumental music. Additional office spaces will enable efficient administration of the school’s growing fine arts, religious and academic programs.

The estimated cost of the Chapel and Performing Arts Center is $9 million. Faith is launching this capital campaign to raise the funds necessary for making this much-needed center a reality for our students. A list of naming opportunities to recognize families and honoring or memorializing loved ones is available to interested donors.
The fulfillment of this vision and the creation of a state-of-the art Chapel and Performing Arts Center will reaffirm Faith as one of the top schools in the region for worship and performance. Students who have a passion for fine and performing arts will be drawn to a facility that will showcase their talents, and our children will have a proper setting to attend weekly chapel services.
