For more than 12 years, the Applied Christianity classes have offered students the opportunity to be involved in the regular leadership of worship. These students choose the weekly Bible readings, develop the liturgies and generate skits, media or other presentations designed to illustrate each week’s chapel theme in creative and engaging ways. Two different praise bands lead weekly worship. Our worship program is considered a singularly distinctive quality of Faith Lutheran. For many students, Faith is their church, the place where they gather to pray and praise and encounter God in a most meaningful way. Today, weekly chapel services are held in the gym. In the future, with your support, worship will be held in our Chapel and Performing Arts Center!

More than half of Faith’s junior and senior high school students are involved in our fine arts program. In the last two years, Faith has added dance, beginning and advanced string ensembles, and guitar – choir is now a 6th grade elective. The drama program, one of the finest in Las Vegas, has exploded in popularity with sold-out productions such as Cats, Grease, The Diary of Anne Frank and The Sound of Music. In the future, with your support, fine arts performances will be held in our Chapel and Performing Arts Center!
